  5. As a brand new user of rodan and Fields ,they are my secret, people at work, gym and friends have asked what I am doing my skin is radiant… Its the anti age amp system combo along with three times a week dermabrasion paste JUST love the smell,, Spa Like

  6. I live in the Caribbean and we have avocadoes all year long. I have a regimen that I use weekly. I take brown sugar and scrub my face with it for about 5 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. Then I take what’s left of the avocado and mash it with a fork until creamy and apply it all over my face. I take the left over cucumber from my salad fixings and place them on my eyes and lay down for about 20 minutes and listen to soothing music. Then I get up and wash my face off again and apply a moisturizer. At 52 years old I get compliments frequently and get flattered why people tell me I look 10 years younger.

  7. I love to exfoliate, so R+F Microdermabrasion Paste a couple of times a week is the best way to keep my skin smooth and it increases cell turnover.

    I am faithful to the Anti-Age regimen, which has taken years off my face, but during the winter months, when my skin is drier than normal, I incorporate Soothe Regimen’s Step 2 as part of my daily routine. It’s a great way to restore the moisture balance of my skin and erases even fine lines!

  8. for me its drinking plenty of water and de steer clear of sodas and i made my own homemade facials of egg whites and steam my face once a week at least.

  9. What’s the recipe for great skin? Want smoother skin? Eating more vitamin-C-rich foods — oranges, tomatoes, strawberries, broccoli — may be the secret weapon you need. Add this recipe to your diet to help your skin reach its healthiest state.

  10. about 5 years ago, i had the greatest skin routine! every night i washed my face with dermalogica special cleansing gel, twice in a row, then i used their daily resurfacing. for a moisturizer i used exuviance evening repair. in the morning, i washed with special cleansing gel, twice in a row and every few days i used murad AHA/BHA cleanser, then i used b.kamins toner for oily skin, essential moisturizer SPF15 for oily/sensitive skin. i had the best skin! the only problem is, i no longer work and i have no money!

  11. Yes I do!! As soon as I get home from work or my daily family activities, I go and treat my skin to the AMP MD regimen! I find that if I do this as soon as I get home I’m less likely to go to bed without taking care of my skin. PLUS, I feel this gives the regimen more time to work on my skin and I’m less likely to rub off any of the Serum or Overnight Cream on my pillow!

  12. No Concoctions here.. but I do use our Microdermabrasion Body Bar Every Day in the Shower to Slough off dead skin and I swear it is working on my sun damage on my chest!!

  13. Coconut coffee scrub- coconut oil, coarse caffeinated Italian coffee grounds, sugar in the raw and sea salt. Dampen skin then generously apply this scrub all over body, avoiding the face. Caffeine literally wakes and invigorates skin while sugar and salt exfoliate… All while enveloping you with the fragrance of a delicious coconut latte. Delightful!

  14. Green smoothies are GREAT for healthy skin! I use 1 cup of oj or water, 2 huge handfuls of spinach leaves, 1 Tbsp of flax seeds, plus whatever fruit I have in a vitamix blender. Might be apples, pears, bananas, berries, mango, pineapple… I change it up every time! About half the fruit should be frozen to give a nice thick shake type texture. Full of fiber, natural juices, antioxidants, & omega 3’s… What’s better for your skin than that?!

  15. I’m not sure if this is really what you’re looking for, but about a year ago I changed my diet dramatically. I cut out major portion of my daily sugar intake. I changed to a low carb diet that still kept me on a healthy amount of carbs. I believe that is the key to successful and long term weight loss. I lost 40 pounds and in the process saw a change in my skin. I believe the recipe for healthy inside and out was the mixture of low carbs and lots of water. Now I’ve added Anti-Age to my recipe and I feel unstoppable!

  16. I make a protein smoothie with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, Lingonberry drink (from IKEA), vanilla protein powder and ice. This smoothie is very high in nutrients and tastes great!

  17. My all time favorite is brown sugar scrub because it is cheap to make, it is a great moisturizer, and removes the dead skin cells leaving the skin smooth. Here’s my favorite recipe:

    Almond oil sugary scrub

    * 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
    * 1/2 Cup Sweet Almond Oil
    * 10 Drops Vitamin E
    * 10 Drops Essential oil/Fragrance Oil

    Mix oil, vitamin E and essential oil or fragrance oil in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Divide into containers.

    An easy, 5-minute investment for great, lasting results. It doesn’t get easier than this!

  18. Brussel Sprouts with Lemon and Pomegranate

    Not your typical brussel sprouts! These are awesome and I always get post-dinner-party requests for the recipe:) It’s also a very pretty dish with the variegated greens of the sprouts mixed with the bright magenta red of the pomegranate.

    Brussels sprouts
    Pomegranate seeds
    2 Lemons
    Sea Salt & fresh ground pepper
    Olive oil

    Preheat oven to 425. Chop the ends of the sprouts and then chop in half. Rinse in a colander. Place in a single layer in a cast iron or heavy baking tray. Drizzle olive oil all over. Toss around to coat. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in oven. The trick is the super high heat. The water from the rinsing is just enough to soften the sprouts a little. After about 7-10 minutes check them. If some are a little browned they will be perfect!! Pull them out. Chop lemons drizzle all over. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the pomegranate seeds. Toss taste and serve! Sautéed leeks are good tossed in with this too.

  19. I have to have my R+F Anti-Age Regimen and my Amp-MD. Not to mention that I drink at least 3-4 bottles of water per day and keep one by my bed that I drink during the night.
    Thanks for the chance to win.

  20. Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemongrass oil, orange oil and grapefruit oil and oatmeal. blend and keep on hand. It’s wonderful and afterwards I spray my face with some kangan water and therapeutic grade lavender oil////so refreshing! this mixture is great left on your hands and then rubbed off for evening out discoloration….This is when I don’t have my R & F with me!

  21. If I don’t have my Rodan and Field products with me, I can find everything I need for a reaxing night time facial at the grocery store. I puree a papaya and mix it with greek yogurt. The papain enzyme in the papaya gently removes dead skin, while the yogurt soothes and nourishes the skin. I follow the whole thing up with a coat of aquaphor before bed to moisturize. The papaya mask, if regularly used will rid your upper arms of those dry little red bumps we all get from time to time.

  22. Because I am always at the barn with the horses and doing farm chores my hands take a beating with dryness even though I wear gloves. In the evening after dinner, one of my favorite things for my skin on my hands is to put Olive Oil on them. I let it soak in for about 10 minutes while I watch TV, then slightly wipe off the excess. Next I use my R + F Daily Moisturizer. The moisturizer seems to seal the Olive Oil into the skin. I go to bed and awake with soft moisturized hands.

  23. I wish I did, but that’s why I need Rodan & Fields. After having a baby, I’m feeling old looking. The only natural thing I’ve used on my skin would be lots of water and apple vinegar for toner…

  24. I drink lots of water and also love this juice concoction for glowing skin!

    2-3 kiwis
    3-4 large spinach or kale leaves
    5 chilled strawberries
    2 medium carrots
    1-2 oranges peeled but leaving the whites on.

    Love this green juice and it tastes yummy! Spinach and Kale are fab antioxidants. Spinach is high in vitamin A and C, and is one of only four vegetables that are also high in vitamin E. It’s also a good source of choline, calcium, iron, potassium and folic acid. Spinach is surprisingly high in protein per calorie. Kiwi fruits are unique as they are rare for a fruit containing vitamin-E an antioxidant which protects the skin from damage and promotes healing, carrots are rich in vitamin-A which rebuilds small capillaries and last but not least the vitamin-c in the whites of oranges helps rebuilds collagen!

  25. Reverse regimen in a.m.; Anti-Age in the p.m.; complimented by a honey oatmeal masque once or twice a week (I use this for those hard spots on my feet too); Essentials Body Moisturizer; drinking a lot of water; fruits & veggies. And I also recently discovered that the Lip Balm is great for chapped skin around the nose area from too much rubbing, sneezing, blowing.

  26. I’ve noticed an increase in the vibrancy of my skin since I started juicing–mainly dark, leafy greens; celery, carrots; cucumber; and strawberries or apples. I also juice wheat grass every other day–it’s packed with nutrients and enzymes that benefit organs, immune system, metabolism, etc.

  27. A fav for my daughter and I and then her friends when they spend the night is to apply a YUMMY CHOCOLATE MASK!! It helps make your skin smooth, which is good for the young kiddos!

  28. My weekly routine consists of alternating the Soothe regimen with the Unblemished regimen allowing my super sensitive skin to stay blemish free. I also have encorporated more H2O and supplement drinks into my daily routine and cut back on soda and sweets : )

  29. A huge selling point when we moved into our house a few years ago was the lemon tree in the back yard. Not only are we making lemonade year round, drinking hot lemon water, but it is also helpful in cleansing and maintaining skin health. I use lemon juice and water as a quick face refresher in the morning or after a long day.

  30. My recipe for a great complexion: following a vegan diet, drinking plenty of water, wearing sunscreen daily, following the Unblemished regimen, and finally…switching from coffee to green tea.
