Myth Busters: A Moment on the Lips, Forever on the Hips

 

The average American gains anywhere from 1-5 lbs over the holiday season. But contrary to the famous Weight Watchers saying: “A moment on the lips, forever on the hips,” more often than not, this weight gain (and subsequent loss) goes to our faces first.  Over time, all that expanding and contracting can leave your skin more prone to sagging.  Your best bet is to enjoy everything the holidays have to offer—in moderation.
