Fact vs. Fiction: You Can’t Prevent Expression Lines

Fiction. While all kinds of factors contribute to the aging appearance of our skin—genetics, daily behavior, eating and sleeping habits, and sun exposure—many of the undesirable effects are more within our control than we realize. Preventing wrinkles is far easier, much less painful and a lot cheaper than correction. Here are a few tips to help your skin stay youthful-looking and keep “expression lines” from taking over:
