  1. I meditate a few minutes everyday on things that make me happy, like sunflowers, puppies, and my children. It boasts my mood and makes me more positive.

  4. I get some fresh air, then tackle a project I know will make me happy when done. Before bed, my R & F routine after a nice bath. Candles, scents, music. Then I turn off the tv and read. I don’t get to do this very often, but I try. I know when I need it. My microdermabrasion routine and doing my nails after a shower is a nice alternate. Don’t forget popcorn, wine, chocolate. Toothwhitening too. But my R&ad routine always helps. If you look good, even talking on the phone makes you feel better. I older, so I’m sure my ideas are different from younger women and men. What are some of yours?
